PIR employs a technical staff who are intimately familiar with the Federal and State regulations governing the pipelines and associated facilities. This knowledge, combined with PIR’s experienced staff, facilitates technical services, cathodic protection design and installation of various of types of groundbeds, geographic Information services(GIS), and pipeline surveying. PIR can provide complete services required for the preparation of design and construction specifications and drawings, material specifications, and other engineering documents necessary for the construction projects and supply the client with detailed documentation on GIS and many other types of survey projects.

Integrity Assessment

Survey & GIS

Since 2001, PIR has surveyed and mapped over twenty thousand miles of underground pipelines and pipeline routes across upland, dry land, swamp, marsh, and shallow water terrain. PIR's experienced personnel utilize state-of-the-art GPS and conventional surveying equipment to conduct route centerline topographic surveys and client tailored surveys. Nationwide using state of the art GPS equipment with sub-meter or less accuracy. We combine detailed mapping and assessment reports along with digital photography to present the ROW to the operator in great detail.
